Three objects, one charter:
Velumic Foundation exists to do three things: help students and researchers across India work in deep technology, care for animals and the ecosystems they depend on, and keep India's built heritage and knowledge traditions from being lost. These are the three charitable objects set out in its memorandum of association. It is a new Section 8 not-for-profit company, registered in Uttar Pradesh, and it is at the beginning of that work.

Clause 3(a)(1)
Research laboratories, technical skill centres, and incubation hubs for artificial intelligence, robotics, embedded computing, renewable energy, and computational sciences.

Clause 3(a)(2)
Animal trauma centres, veterinary clinics, and scientifically managed Gaushalas, paired with circular bio-economy practices and Animal Welfare Board–aligned humane education.

Clause 3(a)(3)
Conservation of monuments and traditional architecture, research into classical masonry and acoustic geometry, and AI-assisted cataloguing of manuscripts and civilisational knowledge.

Velumic Foundation was incorporated in 2026. We don't have a decade of results to show you — what we have is a clear legal charter, three well-defined mandates, and the intention to build carefully rather than announce loudly. A founding gift doesn't top up an existing programme; it helps decide which of our three mandates gets its first laboratory, its first shelter, or its first archive. That's a different kind of contribution than giving to an organisation that's already arrived — and, we'd argue, a more consequential one.
A charter becomes programmes only if someone funds the first of them. If you would like to be part of that, we would be glad to hear from you — whether you want to give now, or understand the plan first.

Who founded it, what it was set up to do, and what stage it is at.

The legal structure, the financial safeguards, and the current status of each statutory registration.

The only ways we contact you, and the things we will never ask for. Worth two minutes before you give.
